1999 Chevrolet P30 Isata

ON HOLD, Sale Pending: This is a beautiful, and hard to find 1999 Isata Touring Sedan 232, built by Dynamax on the Chevrolet Commercial P30 Chassis. At 23' long this one if the most compact Class C's on the market, with great styling and drivability. This has the Chevy Vortec 5.7L 350CI V8 motor, overdrive automatic transmission, heavy duty dually chassis, 53,600 miles. Alcoa Rims with 6 brand new Firestone Load range 'E' tires. Power steering, brakes, windows, locks, nice leather seats, Cruise Control, cupholders, power ports, and all of the other normal amenities you would expect driving a coach like this. Mechanically it runs and drives excellent, and feels like a much smaller RV but still have tons of room inside. Speaking of inside, lots of seating spaces, This will seat 11 total, and sleep 5. There are 4 total seat-belts, 2 in the front buckets (yes they swivel) and 2 on the couch directly behind the drivers seat. The 2 drivers side couches fold out into a couple of double beds. Tons of storage, cupboards and cubbys thru-out the coach. The kitchen has a all of the basics you would expect, sink, built in microwave, 3 way refrigerator with separate freezer, 2 burner propane stove and extra flip up counter space. The rear of the coach has a nice size restroom, with an RV toilet with a view, sink, mirrored cabinet, drawers, and a stand up shower/tub. There is also a max-air type ceiling vent fan for great ventilation. For comfort it has a roof top RV AC unit, 2 max air fans with vent covers for great ventilation, and a thermostatically controlled RV Propane furnace for those chilly nights. The holding tanks are heated as well if you really want the winter camping experience you certainly can with this unit. For camping power, you obviously can plug it into shore power, but there is also a Cummins Onan 4000W Generator that runs of the fuel tank. New deep cell coach batteries, that are charged up from the soar panel, (yes it has Solar) driving down the road, or when the unit is plugged in. Outside of the Isata, is what I believe is bout the best looking, Class A motor home that you can by. Aerodynamic nose, full body paint, full fiberglass body and aluminum frame, it is one of the best built as well. There are 2 large storage trunks on each side, hidden spare tire holder, rear hitch, beautiful Alcoa Aluminum Wheels, and all of the normal RV hookups that you would expect from a quality unit like this.
